We met one of our personal letterboxing goals today. We stamped in at the Sweet Home Alabama Letterbox around noon. It was our first letterbox find in Alabama. Alabama is now the 50th State in which we have found letterboxes. We also found several in the District of Columbia. We have been letterboxing for 51 months. Our new slogan might have to be 51 in 51! Yippee.

Sweet Home Alabama

That is a special plant of ours since it is in our home state and means when we are driving, we are almost "home" with family.
Now it has an additional special status.

But seriously, congrats. So far as I know, you might be the first person who'd actually found boxes in all 50 states. I know a number of people are probably close to it, but you're the first that I know who's actually letterboxed in all 50 states.

The big question, however, is when are you going to letterbox in every country in the world? Seems to me, you're still missing a few. ;o)

We were trying to do the same with our Life Lessons From the Jukebox series, but that got to bee too much to keep up with for us. Still, there's quite a few out there still in about half the states, I think.
