Michelob Ultras with a touch of fruity flavor to them

I'm not afraid to admit that I've had Michelob Ultra, and will actually order it sometimes (but only when the occasion is to drink a lot and do it cheaply). I got my wife a six-pack of the pomegranate Ultra. I tasted it. Ick. Total girly beer!

Note: that last comment is not meant to be derogatory nor is it actually aimed at women, or even girls, because I know a fair number of women who like the microbrews and craft brews... like Becky, who'll drink the strongest and darkest brew we can order for her and then ask for another. Remember Hanz and Franz and their "girly man" routine on SNL? Yeah... they were going to pump us up...

LOL, no offense taken. I don't mind some light beers (Amstel, Becks Light), but I can't stand CORONA! Yuk. And that's my hubby's favorite. So I have my side of the beverage fridge with Sierra Nevada and Blue Moon....and he has his.

Hahaha. Until recently Becky would drink all the beers I wouldn't! Now I actually enjoy a lot of those beers, but I still know that if I order something and I don't like it she'll drink it and enjoy it. Haha.

Lately though it's been hard to find a beer I haven't liked.

I can't stand CORONA

Pacifico, Pacifico, Pacifico!!! Corona is a lager. Pacifico Clara is classified as a pilsner, which means it's got more flavor, it's a little drier, and it has more alcohol.

You like the Blue Moon stuff? Even though I carved a stamp of the White, I really don't care for it. Too much coriander. I tried the Summer one too, and frankly, I'm surprised that it won awards. It must have been stacked up against some equally mediocre brews. And it's made by Coors.

But I'm totally biased. I mean, what can you expect from somebody who has been savoring Sweetwater Road Trip, Anchor Liberty Ale and Leffe Blond all week?

From Grupo Modelo's website:

Pacífico originated in Mazatlan, Mexico, in the early 1900s and has since become Grupo Modelo’s leading brand for the region.

It’s a Pilsner-style, clear beer with a refreshing, smooth taste. Most of the Pacifico production takes place at its brewery in Pacífico, in the Mexican state of Sinaloa.

Pacífico was first exported to the west coast of the U.S. in 1985, with very good results.

If you're referring to the "more flavor" part, well... I got it from my tastebuds. You gotta add a lime to Corona. You don't to Pacifico.

It was the more flavor part I was wondering about.
