I-95 N -The Get Fuzzy Series - Bucky Katt

There are two stamps to this series at two different rest stops. This is the first stamp in the series. The stamps are from the comic strip "Get Fuzzy." This stamp is for the character of Bucky Katt. These are basically drive by stamps and should take no more than 10 minutes per stamp to obtain. Bring your own ink and a pencil.

Take I-95 North just past Rocky Mount, NC to the rest stop right after the Red Oak, NC exit.

Drive into the car parking area, all the way around as far as you can go and park as close to the last parking space as you can. Down a small hill you will see a clearing with picnic areas. Head down in the clearing northward to where the clearing stops. You should easily spot a 40 or so foot log (it has been sawed in half) rotting away that fell south to north. This log is only 22 paces to the road curb. Under the log covered with a large rotting piece of wood, near where a young maple grows directly beside the log, you will find Bucky Katt. Please rehide EXTREMELY well. It has already gone missing once and we wouldn't want it mistaken for trash again. Also, any updates on this box are highly appreciated.
