From Archie, head north along the river until you reach light 17. Below is a square metal gate/door with a missing panel. Check the NW corner of the space for the magnetized stamp.
This urban letterbox is logless (i.e., stamp only) - this is an atempt to maximize stealth and also prevent any security issues if the stamp is accidentally found (since you can see exactly what it is, no one will think it is anything explosive!)
8/06: Many thanks to Rozebud for administering first aid - apparently the glue adhering the magnet to the stamp came melted down during the recent heat wave!
