No sign of this one. We poked around the hollow of the tree to the left, only to have a bird fly out! Stuck the camera in and took pictures after digging some more - no sign of a box. :(

Have you had any reports of the box missing? We looked and poked around the hollow of the tree and there wasn't anything there. I'm sure we were at the correct tree. It's a shame since your box is an older plant.

We met the 11th child of Captain Swan, (the lighthouse keeper from Southport), near the hiding spot tending his family's plot. Reese Swan is still a Southport resident and goes to the cemetary nearly every evening to feed corn to the squirrels. He knows about the letterbox, so say hello to him if you see him.
P.S. - I left another small logbook in the box. Your second book was already filled!

it was fun but i wantnt wild about the tree thing. lol if you go to the 3rd gate from the main road it is alot easyer to find
