A very informative letterbox. I have been to Rockway Gardens many times, but never knew all this history. Thanks for giving me a new perspective on this beautiful location!

what a beautiful location on a sunny, fall day! we questioned some gardeners and they identified fall crocuses. we have to get some in our garden!

To answer Lone R's question about the plant, I know it is going back a while, but if they had yellow flowers it sounds like the Cup Plant, Which is a prairie garden plant.
