There is a geocache here (GC5NF9) which is a hybrid letterbox but no stamp. I assume it is same? Found OK.

Found the tree but many years of growth and lots of people may have done the box in. The hike is worth it for the views.

Found the tree and searched through all the cavities I could see, but no luck. It looks like part of the tree has been cut off. Afraid this one is gone.

Thanks for taking us to this awesome spot. We took your advice and checked out Dorothy Falls also. Very nice. Thanks!!

What a fun find! I loved the hike, and the swinging bridge. Because of all the rain, the water was green instead of its usual bright blue, but it was a great find nonetheless. All was fine with the letterbox, and I even picked up a hitchhiker.

What an absolutely stunning location! Thank you for bringing us here!

Thanks for the find! This was a great place to stop and see while driving on our vacation - one of God's glorious wonders! (Stuff inside the box was wet - we tried our best to dry it out but didn't have anything with us.) Only downfall was the black flies - yikes!

Still pouring- the additional waterfalls we have seen because of all the rain fabulous. A tree fell in the woods not far from the box while we were looking- a little added adventure. All is well- another fabulous spot we would have missed if not for letterboxing. Thank you!

The gorge was nice, but the water was low when we went, so the water was sort of chalky - we were disappointed to miss the gorgeous turquoise water in your picture. We left via Dorothy Falls, which were a real treat.
