Box has been muggled. It has been opened, the stamp removed and severe water damage to the logbook. An HH also went missing from the box. We left the container and soggy logbook for the owner, an ink pad leaked with the water and now ink is all over the book. We took the remains of the HH to let the owner know.

The box is there, but the stamp is gone. Only a lonely hitchhiker is in the box. The log book doesn't have a baggie to protect it anymore, but at least it's dry.

It was a challenging find, but worth the effort!

This box was a lovely way to end our letterboxing day in Guelph. Great hiding spot with a bench nearby to stamp in. We enjoyed reading about the inspiration for this box and your personal connection. Nice job on the carving..

I went to the University of Guelph for three years in the late 1980s. Being back on campus brought back great memories, and I even tried to find my old room in Maritime residence from the road.

I used to love walking through the Arboretum - thanks for bringing me back here after many years away.

As always, enjoyed my visit to the arboretum. Good hide and an interesting background story to this letterbox. Thanks for carving a stamp and sharing it with us.

What a great first plant! Nice job on the carve, and the story in the logbook was well worth the read.

Children from our local school were on hand for the naming of the Olympic team last month. It was pretty exciting stuff.

A beautiful walk this time of year. We stamped in, while taking in the greenery around us. Good hiding spot, and a great stamp.
