As of fall of this year, the gardens are closing. There are no longer any gates, and what could have been several logs are smashed up and covered by wooden fence pieces. It says it's the future site of a park of some sort? It was hard to get our bearings without markers but the box may have been lost in the chaos.

Great carve!! The maple on the right is more like a huge dead tree.... I persevered and looked under all the logs on the correct side, eventually finding the prize.
This community garden is so amazing. I went around and admired and appreciated each plot. This is a really special spot.

Your carves are always so clever and funny...we really enjoyed touring around these gardens and chatting with the local gardeners...one couple even brought their BBQ and were having a campout...such a gem!!

This box is alive and well - survived the winter :)

The laneway was very pretty with all the orange leaves hanging off the old maples. Lots of weird abandoned stuff on the neighbouring land... Definitely worth checking out. Thanks!

I misread the title and was expecting a bug's life stamp lol. The actual was better. Second effort, as I couldn't find it the first time, but Hotwheelz located the correct spot. Thanks :)

wasnt expecting the stamp to look like that, was excited when i saw what it was.

Everything is as lush as can be right now. A perfect growing season.

Loved the image. Nice work on the detail.

Beautiful day to be out letterboxing. Thanks for the intro to this community garden. Nice stamp. Very cute and so appropriate for a garden. :)

This one was really cute, the boys liked taking a look at all the plants growing...not sure but I believe one of the giant maples has become a tall branchless stump so it took a bit to find this one, luckily the clue narrowed down our search signifigantly! Thanks!
