Not entirely sure what holy trees are but think we found them and possibly the site, no box located near where attempt was made.

found it! 9th summer in a row. stamp and book - all's well. great view of the presidentials today!

Darn, couldn't find it! Not sure if the 'hol(e)y' trees were there or rotted dead fall, but we searched as many debris piles next to dead trees as we could. No luck on spotting the letterbox.

Needs new logbook

Great stamp. But you're book is full.

Found the two "holey" trees and then the stump with debris. Letterbox is there but needs attention by owner.

The clues were good until we had to watch for "holy trees," I think they are gone. We reached the next "Y" intersection and realized it must be the field on the right we passed (?). We were not prepared to bushwack it to the dead tree on a hunch. Grass was very deep and mucky. Maybe a box check with new clues would help. But it was a nice walk.
