Resturant said they went thru remodeling. Did not see a life like looking baby. They had other statues.

The directions are no longer relevant. No creepy baby, no drawers involved. Our waiter said the Alvin and the Chipmunks lunchbox wasn't around any longer (though he knew what we were talking about), but it's possible on another day you'd get another answer. Either way, Friendly Toast is a great place.

All is well! The box was found way in the back of the restaurant, in the corner, under the lamp. This is by the rest rooms.

What a busy place!

Great place to plant a letterbox! So much to look at in this very unique restaurant. Our friendly server knew about the box and brought it to us. She has geocached but took a look at our logbook and learned that she can also go on hikes to find letterboxes! Beware: one pancake is the size of a dinner plate! Check out the web site for new winter hours.

The Alvin and the Chipmunks lunchbox is the new home for these stamps and in it they are! About half of the wait staff knows about the stamps and the other half does not. My server did and proffered the lunchbox upon seeing me with my letterboxing kit ... smart guy. He quite happily skipped to the back of the restaurant and produced it. :-)

The doll was missing. It looks like they might they might be remodeling in that corner.
