The rook might be there. I think they may have added more trail markers. The rest are a bit wet, but still in decent shape.

All the boxes leak badly, and no logs are usable, but the stamps are all nice, and we liked the trail. Some novel hiding spots! The only minor trouble was finding where the series starts. Many interesting kinds of fungus on the trail. No mud.

Rook and Pawn were easy finds. King took a little digging to get out, it was wedged under the concrete pretty well. Put Queen back into her box. Knight and Bishop were in good shape too. Almost didn't find Bishop because it was buried in the tree pretty well. Also Rook is starting to near the point of falling apart due to water damage, but it is still stamp-able at this time enjoyed the series though, thanks for the plant!

Books wet in most all. Queen was out of the tree and out of her bag. Martian Blasters rebagged and put her back in her tree. Thanx.

Found #1 Rook & #2 Pawn by really searching. We found that the clue to #1 was incorrect. It should read "Find the SECOND path arrow on the right". If you follow the clues in this way, you will find all six boxes. Perhaps a second arrow was added after the original clue was written. The log book in box #1 is totally "mush" from sitting in water, but otherwise everything else is fine.

Didn't attempt to look for the rook and pawn since reproted as unknown. Your King and Queen pieces are reversed. The king is actually the queen and vise a versa. Great trail and finds. Thanks for the boxes.
Keep on boxing.

Wow... late Winter or Pre-Spring depending on how you want to look at it. A really cool carve and the placement was challenging but not over the top. The first 2 stamps appeared to be AWOL. The last stamp required CPR as the container had been severely damaged. Teachuh and I placed all items in a spare container we carry with us for such circumstances as well as fresh ziplocks for the contents. It is in the same location, just concealed better.

We turned SB upside down looking for the first two stamps in this series to no avail. We provided a few new baggies as well to other stamps that had chunks of ice within the containers when we found them. In fact, we poured water out of Knight if our logbook serves me correctly. Was fun to bring aid to a series that was such a beautiful exploration.

This was a great hike in a spectacular section of SB - thank you so much for this wonderful box series!
