Description

Okay - to make things simple on folks - we are holding the pre-gather right at Thomas Point Beach. So - basically you can set up your site and mosey on over. We'll have grills ready to go for those that are hungry. And we'll have plenty of things to do to boot. Not gonna tell you all - but just rest assured - we'll keep you busy AND entertained.

Badmitton, horseshoes, and croquet available... maybe even something to splash in. Early registration for those that arrive early and want to start boxing early the next morning.

Registration for camping cannot be made until Feb 2010. When booking your campsite - let them know you are with the Midcoast Hikers/Letterboxers as they know who we are now ; )

Aug 2, 2010: Maine's Pre-gather
No stress required here folks! This will be a kick-back and have a stress free evening. Set your site up and mosey on over to site 43 for the event stamp. Yup - that's it. I'll have my grills set up and ready to go if you are just too dog tired to finish setting yours up.

I'll have some games set up for the kids to play, there will be kibbles abound for all to nosch on. And for those of you needing an elixer to get you thru the weekend, at site 43 I'll be scooping up witches brew and jello shots for those over 21. But if you just need a bit of relaxin', my brother will be doing 10 minute massages from 5-8pm.

As soon as the lights go out - join us for some night boxing provided by littlmoon. As always - bring your fun-o-meter. cause we're gonna kick the weekend off with a good time!

Rumors have it that at one of the sites there might just be a chocolate bar to visit. Make sure you bring your marshmallow roasting sticks for smores and NUMEROUS sites. And don't forget those sweatshirts - its been getting chilly at night! But its dry and you shouldn't need mud boots this year!
