Description

Nothing like a fine game of Bowling in Brunswick to jumpstart Maine's Nautical Past Event. This Pre-Event Event will be held at Spare Time Bowling in Brunswick, 276 Bath Road, and just around the corner from Thomas Point Campground. Jul 14, 2010: Pre-Event Bowling
I wanted to remind everyone that if anyone wants to bring along any bowling type themed boxes or stamps they are most welcome to just link them up to the event page. I do have an event stamp and plan on planting a stamp or two near the location. If anyone has stamps they want planted that are bowling themed, you can plant yourselves or send them on to me to plant. Clues for these boxes will be available WOM at the event or if time allows, copies of clues handed out at the event.

Mud and Grim had both offered up their prized trophies from the Bowling in Bangor event. So we will have a trophy for high and low score. Determination will be made based on finished games.

Jul 21, 2010: Bowling Details
As of today, we are reserved for 8 lanes, two games, and shoes between Noon and 2:00 PM. Price will be $8.00 per person. If you have your own shoes, you can negotiate that rate when you pay at the front desk.

I will bring the Nautial Maine Tee Shirts to the event for those that have ordered them. This way you have them ahead of time. If you haven't ordered a tee shirt and would like one, please AQ mail me. Shirts will be sand colored with dark brown designs on the front and on the back. The official event stamp logo will be on the front and another stamp and clue will be on the back. Shirts are $12.00 for sizes up to XL and $13.00 for larger sizes. Price adjustments will be given if the price comes down with additional orders. I need payment by July 30 by mail or by PayPal. Email for details.
