Event will begin at 10am Saturday morning (narrowing down the location). Since everything is spread out...bring your favorite letterboxing snacks to share and let me know you're favorite lunchmeat and I'll set up pack lunches!
Dinner at 7pm at Mudshark Brewery.
I'm working on getting the missing boxes replaced and replanted and I'll not get those logged in until after the event so ya'll can be first at them!
Also if ANYONE is interested in planting more boxes feel free. The more the merrier!
I'm so looking forward to seeing all of you!

Nov 3, 2015: Schedule
Hello all!
First thing I need to let you know is that I'm SO excited that you're coming out here!

Schedule is as follows:
Friday:
*Meet and Greet starting at 6pm at Burgers By the Bridge. They're going to stay open as late as 9pm for us if need be.
This is at the London Bridge (walk through the entrance gate, continue down past the fountain and it's the blue and white building on the left.)

Saturday:
We're getting started at 10am at the garden by the water fountain.
I'll be handing out all the directions for boxes that have been replanted/updated AND boxes that have been put out specifically for the UK Fiction Event.
TePee-Az is providing breakfast foods so you don't need to stop and get breakfast if you'd like to partake.
Saturday evening:
Dinner at Mudshark Brewery at 6pm - ?

What I need from you:
*Please bring a camping chair in case there's not enough seating.
*Please bring your favorite hiking/letterboxing snack to share with the others.
*I'm going to make sack lunches so PLEASE let me know if you're a Turkey/Ham or Bologna person. Also what kind of bread (white or wheat)? Mustard/Mayo/Miracle whip? We're going to pack up the sandwiches AND the snacks so you'll be set for the day.
