Description

This is for those planning to attend the camping part of the 2009 WNY Gathering. Please don't sign up here if you WON'T be staying overnight with us at Lakeside Beach State Park, just sign up for the day event here: http://www.atlasquest.com/showinfo.html?gEventId=912. If you WILL be camping with us, sign up for BOTH. This is a great time to hang out talking/stamping around the campfire, plus it's cheaper food (we share our grill with anyone). We'll also be planting the boxes for the night event at this park, so this will be something you don't want to miss!

Update 1/1/09: I'm told by some good friends that the sites we're reserving for the event are SUPER hard to get, so you need to reserve your sites TODAY! We're trying to take over the top part of D Loop (which has the nice scenic campsites with trees and water), but someone already has site 16. We took 19 and XIShooter and his family have their RV on site 18. This leaves 15, 17 and 20 within viewing distance of us and the rest of the loop to everyone else. GO RESERVE NOW!!!! Update 6/14/09: We've picked all things astronomical for our theme this year (which means the skies, the stars, the planets, etc.). If you want to carve a stamp series, let us know! We can include it in the clue books we'll make in August.

Update 8/11/09: Okay, we know we asked for these before, but many of you hadn't gotten back to us as yet. Here's what we have so far for campsites:

Also, I'm working on the webpage for the event right now and will be planting 21 of the 25+ boxes tomorrow with the help of Dee123 and her family. If you plan to do any early boxing, the clues will be posted by Thursday of next week. If you plan to make any STAMPS, contact me ASAP...time is running out for me to get them hidden and into the clue book!
