The Buffalo Brew Pub

Description

This gathering is going to be done like a pub-crawl, moving from Stamp to Stamp, (Bar to Bar) and finishing up at a small gathering-like party. We will be starting out at Transit and Main Street, at the Buffalo Brewery, and ending at the Pearl Street Grill & Brewery. I intend to be at the Buffalo Brewery greeting boxers, handing out the pamphlets, and sending you all on your way between 11:30 AM and 1:30 PM. Between 2:00 and 5:30 I am otherwise engaged preparing for the evening’s events, however I will be at the Pearl Street from 6:00 to 10:00, for the end-of-event get-together.

The list of pubs where the boxes are in the series and the opening hours for the Bars for that day is a follows:

*Boxes are not permanent. They will not disappear, but I will have to find a permanent location for them, somewhere near the location of their namesake. I will be relocating them shortly after the event.

At some (Or possibly all, I haven’t worked this part out entirely yet) there will be “First Finder” gifts. In trying to be fair to everyone, please only take one gift, if you’re lucky enough to not only be the first once, but twice. (Or more!) At the final party, gift swapping will be permitted should anyone want to, for one reason or another.

Also at the end party, I will be running a 50/50 raffle, where half the money collected for the tickets will go to the winners, and the other half will go to a collection for funding future events in the Western NY area. Tickets will be 2 for a dollar, 5 for two dollars, and 1 “Wingspan” for $20. The winnings will be divided as follows:

½ of total pot for WNY Collection,
¼ to First Winner,
1/8 to 2 runners-up.
