Description
Make an LTC that depicts a famous person from your state or province. Usual LTC rules apply. On the back you could put a little info about your famous person.
Please send 5 stamps or $2.25 (postage is going up!) with your LTCs. For ideas search "Famous people from___ (fill in with your state.)
Please send to arrive by March 20. That is the first day of spring and that means people will be able to get outside to box again. (Hopefully!!)
