This pole’s covers are all bolted on and there’s no way to uncover it without tools.

Cute box and stamp. It was very rusty and a bit wet on the inside, but we replaced the baggie inside the box. The box was dropped far into the light post base, but we were able to use the combination of our spidery little fingers and stronger chunkier fingers to grab it out. They are doing construction in the area, so be prepared for that.
