Find useful forms for including in letterboxes or passing out at letterboxing events and gatherings. Most forms require Adobe^® Reader^® software to view and print the documents—if it's not already installed on your system, the software can be downloaded for free by clicking on the image below at the bottom of the page.

And the following list includes the forms available from Atlas Quest:

• Logbook Inserts: Forms to be pasted into your logbooks that explains letterboxing and asks finders to record their find on Atlas Quest.
• Muggle Cards: Business-card sized info sheets describing what letterboxing is and where to find more information. Designed to be included with letterboxes so people who find the letterbox by accident can take a card with them. Either print these out on regular paper and cut the muggle cards yourself or print to pre-perforated business card. If you go with the pre-perforated business cards, be sure they use the 8371 template and can be printed on both sides. (Some business card kits have a smooth finish on the back that don't hold ink well.) At times, muggles cards (slightly different than these) can be ordered through the AQ Marketplace.
• First Finder Certificates: This section has first finder certificates you can use for your letterboxes, or use these as inspiration to create your own.
